This is a familiar chart for the county’s progress as you can see: more listings, fewer sales. Since January of 2007, listings are up 38.7% and sales are down 43%. As we get further into the spring months, that blue line is likely to continue to spike and it sure would be nice if we’d see the red one take a hike upward!
