Wow, the percentages are all over the map; I don’t remember all the nooks and cranny names in Bethesda anymore but this really gets to why a buyer needs the help of a professional agent when writing an offer. I love the layout of the chart too. Good job!

Carole, every time someone quotes me the national averages for a neighborhood I just go back to this kind of info. There is so much new building here that it skews the numbers so you just have to dig down and pay attention! I keep this in a spreadsheet and can look at it by price range or by house style and that really helps to see where the market is…
