Carole, every time someone quotes me the national averages for a neighborhood I just go back to this kind of info. There is so much new building here that it skews the numbers so you just have to dig down and pay attention! I keep this in a spreadsheet and can look at it by price range or by house style and that really helps to see where the market is…
