This house has been on the market for just a couple of weeks and I’ve shown it once and previewed it as well.  It’s always funny to go into models I’ve sold in the past in other subdivisions – this same house is over on Millwood also.  The same developers worked all over the area back in the day these were built.  It’s priced well considering that other splits have sold for over $900K.

It’s a solid, well built 1957 split level with four bedrooms on the top level and another that could be used as bedroom or den on the lower level.  All are a good size and with the split of two on one side of the house and two on the other it offers a nice way to get a little space between kids and parents or guests.

The back yard is super!  Lots of space and a great patio area – it’s perfect for playing and entertaining.  Kirkwood is a great street and this house is well situated on the lot.  The garage allows for parking a vehicle indoors as well as plenty of on street parking should you need it as well. 

This neighborhood is close to everything, has highly regarded schools and has a mix of old and new homes that we are seeing in all the close in suburbs.  Many people simply renovate extensively to stay in what they consider to be one of the best neighborhoods around!
