It’s all about location, right? Well, put condition right up there next to it. With homes selling for higher prices in Bethesda because of our access to the downtown areas as well as to premium public schools, there is little left in the purchaser’s budget to fix up a home. And with two earners working it’s also difficult to contemplate how the work will get done. Getting rid of the clutter and extra possessions we all seem to acrue is the first step. Reparing what we know is not in good order is the second and neutralizing the property so the buyers can see themselves there is the third.
