November taken just from this chart looks abysmal. But rolled up for the year, the median price is only down about 5%. Not so bad if you thought it was 39% down. The Blizzard of 2009 hit the Springfield neighborhood and blanketed us with a pretty, sparkly snow – all 15 – 20" of it! The streets were beautiful and we enjoyed the time with neighbors outdoors, exchanging cookies and shoveling out those in need.
