A small enclave of 79 homes, High Point is formed by Massachusetts Avenue, Onondaga Road, Osceola Road and Court and Sangamore Road. Architecturally diverse with lot sizes that range in size and home sizes from a small rambler to a whopping ~5000 square feet of living space! For buyers in search of a larger rambler with living space on two finished levels as well as larger yards, this neighborhood can be a real find. As you progress up the hill on Onondaga, the lots flatten out and become quite spacious.
If you are looking for a mid-century modern home in Bethesda, this community will certainly be on your list. There are a number of homes that have that low slung, built into nature look that buyers of this genre enjoy. So many of the surrounding neighborhoods are filled with more traditional colonials and splits.
The community is located within the prized Walt Whitman school district and is very close to transit via Massachusetts Avenue, with a convenient stop at the bottom of the community. Hop on a bus going downtown and you'll find your commute is as easy as it gets.
