Massachusetts Avenue Hills is a neighborhood located in Bethesda, Maryland. It is loosely bordered to the east by Brookeway Drive, to the north by Massachusetts Avenue, and to the west by Sangamore Road.
Massachusetts Avenue Hills is less than two miles to the Washington DC border via Massachusetts Avenue. While the majority of the homes are well-established, the quiet streets and hilly, shaded landscape have attracted new home construction and whole-house renovations and updates. It is highly sought-after for its proximity to Glen Echo, central Bethesda and downtown Washington.
